Breakfast suggestions...

Posted on November 22, 2007 at 3:31pm 8 Comments

I'm looking for some breakfast menu suggestions. I eat breakfast around 7:30 AM. Lunch for me is at 11:00. I teach school so I can't stop class to have a snack. I'm usually starving and experiencing lows around 10:00. Any suggestions for a long-lasting breakfast?

Dear Traci Yes it is very hard but I can tell you this like I said in my post I use my fist to measure out how much I should eat and that is what I eat and yes I do have a small hand to begin with that is how I did it and with the labels on food products I do not go over 5g of sugar if it is over that than I do not get at all.
That is how I watch my sugar intake and diet and excerise I go back my doctor this week for my monthy check up and I know what he is going to say you did again lost more weight and of course I will say to him "yes I did" and he will get a chuckle out that.
May I ask you something are you on a pump??
I am so afraid of that I do not llike needles to well even to test myself to see what my sugars are the lancets get me everytime (it is a needle).
IT is nice to meet you too and you have a wonderful day tomorrow ok.

Did you see there's a group for diabetic teachers now? You might want to join up and post your question there.
