My Endo said to use a temp basal of 50% when I'm active, but that means I'm on a temp basal almost all day. So I think I need to actually have a set of basal patterns to go with my lifestyle. I'm meeting with my CDE in a month, she's much more he...

Trista, Thank you for the kind words. Your an inspiration with what you do. It doesn't look like Diabetes has slowed you down one bit. That makes me feel like I have plenty to look forward to after my surgery.

No, I teach at Coupeville, but Kings is in our league for volleyball. They had a girl on their team who wore a pump. They were state champs this year. What makes you ask?

Hi Trista, how are you enjoying our crazy not-quite-yet winter weather? I wanted to let you know that we've started up a group for Oregon/Washington diabetics called US-Northwest Diabetes. Come join up when you get the chance.

Hey Trista, am enjoying your photos. So where do you go for your d-care? I live on Whidbey Island, but go to UW for mine. There seems to be quite a few of us from the surrounding area. Maybe we can all meet up sometime.
