- Hi Olaf. Thanks for your response to my post. I'm a swede. Hope that means we can still be friends! My dad was born in Trollhatten and my maiden name is Johanson. My grandpa's name was Olaf, and grandma was Olga. You have a great A1c and I hope that I can get this diabetes adventure tamed at some point. Type one as of last July. Carolyne
