Dear Body,
The very first thing I want to say to you today is that you are totally worth it!

Just wanted to say... I've been vegan for thirteen years, and dx t1d for six years. I tried going gluten free and all organic for five months about a year before I was dx because of symptoms that it of course didn't help.
