Glucose tabs do work well. I also like to eat crackers with PB. The problem is everything just tastes so good when you are low.

I was doing a search for reviews about low carb pasta. I wanted to see if any diabetics tried it and knew how it would effect your blood sugar. I stumbled on this site and can't get enough.
