Hi Wendy...read on; this is too funny!
This one is sure to bring a smile to your face ....linda.

Three Ladies in a Sauna......

THREE WOMEN, TWO YOUNGER, AND ONE SENIOR CITIZEN, WERE SITTING NAKED IN A SAUNA.

SUDDENLY THERE WAS A BEEPING SOUND. THE YOUNG WOMAN PRESSED HER FOREARM AND THE
BEEP STOPPED.

THE OTHERS LOOKED AT HER QUESTIONINGLY. 'THAT WAS MY PAGER,' SHE SAID. I HAVE A MICROCHIP UNDER THE SKIN OF MY ARM..

A FEW MINUTES LATER, A PHONE RANG. THE SECOND YOUNG WOMAN LIFTED HER PALM TO HER EAR.

WHEN SHE FINISHED, SHE EXPLAINED, "THAT WAS MY MOBILE PHONE. I HAVE A
MICROCHIP IN MY HAND."

THE OLDER WOMAN FELT VERY LOW -TECH. NOT TO BE OUT DONE, SHE DECIDED SHE
HAD TO DO SOMETHING JUST AS IMPRESSIVE. SHE STEPPED OUT OF THE SAUNA AND WENT
TO THE BATHROOM.

SHE RETURNED WITH A PIECE OF TOILET PAPER HANGING FROM HER REAR END.

THE OTHERS RAISED THEIR EYEBROWS AND STARED AT HER.

THE OLDER WOMAN FINALLY SAID.........WELL, WILL YOU LOOK AT THAT....I'M GETTING A
FAX!!

When you stop laughing, send this to those who will appreciate it.

No problem, Also, it really isnt harder having 2. Ive had 4 at once. I know some people like to have like 10 or so... But i prefer to be able to have one on one time with them. I used to be afraid they'd get away too, but I let them out in the bathroom and theres no where for them to go so its good to set up a little rattie jungle gym in there and they can run around.

Hi there:) I see you had some questions on rats. I have had rats for a few years now. As you know its not good to get them from pet stores, breeders are best, If you want I could try and help you find one in your area, ther are a lot of resources online to help. Also rats need time to adjust to you, so just cuz your little guy wasnt cuddly the first few weeks isnt to cause alarm, they usually take quite a bit of treats to warm up to you. When you give them a lick of yogurt or cheese or fruits they associate you with good things and it makes them trust you. Then they get to know you and follow you around like a little puppy. They will even groom you. Also they need to be homed in groups of 2 or more because they get very depressed without a mate to help them clean where they cant reach and play with. A good breeder will never let a rat go out by itself unless they have proof of having more rats at home. I know a lot fo people who have "rat rooms" or areas they let their rats run around while being supervised and some who let them out in the bathroom or on the couch. I got a kiddie pool for them to play in but as they get older they wise up and try to get out. Rats are a huge committment I hope you will take the time to research out, I knew absolutely nothing and wish I had known what itd be like. They only live 2-3 years so be prepared to fall in love and have them taken away too soon, its the most heartbreaking thing ever. I dont want to scare you away from them but its the harsh reality. Also there are always ratties who need to be adopted, breeders will usually take in needy rats and some animal shelters take them in as well but always on craigslist I see a few rats that need homes. http://www.ratzrus.co.uk/ this is an amzing site it helped me with soooooo much. the forum is amazing too. Let me know if you have any questions

Law Enforcement. I work in Florida as a Dispatcher,Assistant Supervisor and have for about 24 years. I am going to retire in about 6 years and do something stress free such as a kennel or a bookstore. I used to want to work at a pet store till I discovered most pet stores get their supply of puppies from puppy mills. I try to spread that word as much as I can. Buy from a qualified breeder if you must have a purebred but there are so many pets in shelters. Give them a chance! I have been diabetic for a number of years but never took it serious, now I am forced to take it serious as I have a HBa1c of 10 and just got put on one shot of insulin a day. Thank goodness for the pen, I would be freaking out if I had to fill and inject a regular syring. My doctor said I could get back off it if I lost weight and exercised and got my numbers down so that is my goal!
