Just got a wonderfull news yesterday ,I am a Grand Pa for the 3 time. A wonderfull grand daugther Genevieve came to this world in time for my arrival in Halifax where my son and his wife reside.
"Well hugs for Benjamin , the grandson, in Ottawa , August 8 ...what a grand motivator :-) And will he be proud ! I met some of the Ottawa staff , Disney World 2008, 2009 ...please a big HI to them all ."

Just got a wonderfull news yesterday ,I am a Grand Pa for the 3 time. A wonderfull grand daugther Genevieve came to this world in time for my arrival in Halifax where my son and his wife reside.

At a youthful-looking 52 years of age, Yves Provost is coasting through the ups and downs of diabetes as he pedals across the country.

LOL I will work on seeing if I can find you a ghost writer for your book (I think it would be a FANTASTIC read). Never know, maybe I can do it! May mean tho' I'll have to come and live on your .... sailboat when you get it - so I can write your words better! LOL
