Hi Amy,
The cat in the photo is a persian, she was my Mom's cat and when my mom passed away, she became part of our family, along with 3 other cats and 1 dog. Thank you for the comment on my family! I have 2 daughters (27yrs. and 18yrs) the little ones in the photo are my granddaughters. Some of the pictures are from Hawaii.

Thanks for the info. as well, Yes I have been on Lantus for about 10 years(?) and Humalog as well, I was interested in Levemir because I now am splitting my Lantus dose 1 in the am and one pm, workisng better for me. The Levamir I heard dosen't cause weight gain. I will ask my doctor as well, but, I am in the process of trying to find "another" Endo. Boy, good dr.'s are hared to come by. Have a good day and thanks for writing back.

Hi Amy, I just saw a comment of yours, and it is a question I was trying to find the answer to......You take Levamir and Humalog, right? I am on Lantus and Humalog and was thinking of switching to Levamir but didn't know if you could take Humalog with it? Good to know.
