Individuals with diabetes who live alone face the usual complex self-management challenges that all PWDs face. Living alone, however, brings additional challenges. Only a few are noted here. Suggestions Please

Every Saturday I end up having a low right before lunch. Today I was 95 before breakfast and 105 after, then 48 before lunch.

I have tried eating more protein with breakfast, eating more carbs for breakfast. Eating a snack mid morning and still I end up low every Saturday.

All of the other days of the week I tend to land around 90 before lunch.

After I eat lunch on Saturday I am back in range and usually stay there so I don't want to lower my units of Lantus as it would make…
