Pump and Kung Fu

Does anyone here use a Pump? I currently use a pen and would like to start using a pump but am not sure how well that would work with my Tae Kwon Do. I am not sure how I would protect against impact if it were to get hit or kicked during sparring.See More

Diabetic Kung Fu

Diabetics who practice Kung fu, or any martial art, that has helped them not only physically but mentally as well. I have studied Wing Chun Kung fu for 12 years here in Boston's China town. It has helped me with circulation and a improved state of mind. I would love to hear your experiences as well.See More

"I probably cut back too much the week of a race. Most weeks for me I run 5-10 miles 3-4 times a week, ride 25-35 miles 1-2 times a week, and get weight training in when I can The week of a race I try not to stress my body as I do most weeks and run…"

Welcome to the family! On this forum you will learn so much. Most of all you will learn that you are not alone. Everyone here is supportive and will provide answers to your questions. Search the site for answers. Read the discussions and blogs for information. There are videos to help you understand diabetes and its treatment. Most of all there is family to talk to and even to vent to, if needed. Welcome home.
