"So far, out of 4 MM sensors used from a box (7 days each), all have been unable to accurately track my sugars. Ugh. $700 wasted. I wonder if it has anything to do with the box being left at my door out in the sun by UPS!?!?! Do you think MM will…"

Please visit my diabetes blog to learn more about diabetes technology and developments

I continue working on a Diaboogle, the diabetes-minded search engine, built with Google technology. It now searches over 1,500 sites all about diabetes. This include 600 diabetes blogs, and over 100 sites selling diabetes products. I donate the advertising revenue to support Dr. Denise Faustman's research into a type 1 cure.

Please try it out and let me know if you find it useful. And if you know of a diabetes site that you don't find in Diaboogle, I'd love to know about it.

Thank you for the encouragement and the hugs. My writing... it was simply a free flow of thought. I would never make it past my 7th grade English teacher with that in hand! I just felt I needed to get it all out. We will see what replies I get. I hope I do get some...

Thanks again!

Hey Bernard,

I saw you were involved with Grove Instruments non invasive glucose meter. Any chance you can give me some info on the one you trialed?

Thanks.

Hi Bernard - thanks for the comment on my post. Yes, to God goes the glory.
Hope you and the family are well. My niece is 8.5 years old now and we love her to pieces.

I think you know I lived in Lexington 65 years and was an Educator in Wayland and Arlington. Boy do I miss New England. We have endured the hottest summer ever here in Florida. Reed

Good to hear from you. Yes, I have had a decent summer after a rather harrowing year. My friend of over 50 years died last October and I have been in a deep funk since then.(Deep funks are not reommended for glucose control), but my brother in Norway convinced me to take a 24-day cruise on the Qeen Mary 2 from New York to New York, visiting the two cities in Norway where my family members live. It was a great experience, and the 10 pounds I gained on the cruise have now been discarded. These days I am, as G&S would have phrased it, "doing very little and doing that very well."
Please tell me how you are faring these days. You had some employmemt issues recently, and the economy has not been very kind. Please give me an update.
