I continue working on a Diaboogle, the diabetes-minded search engine, built with Google technology. It now searches over 1,500 sites all about diabetes. This include 600 diabetes blogs, and over 100 sites selling diabetes products. I donate the advertising revenue to support Dr. Denise Faustman's research into a type 1 cure.

Please try it out and let me know if you find it useful. And if you know of a diabetes site that you don't find in Diaboogle, I'd love to know about it.

I've had it 35 yrs now, can't believe you've had it longer than I have! I'm pretty positive about having it as I enjoy healthy eating and staying active. Please let me know about the group when you get a chance. Thank you! Pam

Happy Thanksgiving, Bernard.
My sister and niece went to China this summer, for a reunion with Esther's foster parents (they had her from birth to 11 months).
I guess the mom was so overcome with emotion she nearly collapsed.
The young woman standing behind them is their biological daughter.

Hi Bernard,

thanks for the welcome. I would love to meet others but it will be difficult for me to go to Woburn with commute. I'll consider it!

Hi Bernard,

Yes, I'd love to get together for coffee. It was so kind of you to ask. As you can gather from some of my comments on this site, we are not too thrilled with our medical team. We are still in the stages of experimentation with insulin/carb ratios and that type of thing, and by the way, I have Gary Scheiner's book- very detailed and helpful.I like Clare's suggestion, that a group of us in the area could meet.

P. S. love your photos
Thanks for reaching out,
CaryJ (Carolyn)

Hi Bernard,
Nice to hear from a fellow Bay Stater. I used to work in Hopkinton off of South Street. I now work in Marlboro. I think there should be at least a few of us who could meet for coffee or whatever, I think that would be fun.
