Usually, we need about 120-130% more insulin when we are sick than when we feel well.
You can set a temp basal of 130% starting when you wake up in the mornings…"

- Initially diagnosed as Type 2 in August 2010 and put on medication, I was finally diagnosed as Type 1 earlier in 2012 and have been on insulin since.
I hadn't heard of TuDiabetes until I gave a talk at the recent Diabetes Innovation 2012 summit where I got to meet Manny Hernandez and enjoy his amazing keynote presentation.
