Took 5 tries to get a result. It wasn't like I didn't get enough blood, each time the droplet was larger.

I'm new to Tudiabetes. Just read a quote that you posted in 2007 about how diabetics know that they are walking time bombs. I needed to read that at that moment. Thanks

I have over 1000 miles on my bike so far. I am on the engine 2 diet. It is by Rip Esselsyn. His dad did the research on the diet at the Cleveland Clinic. I think it has been helpful.

Don't beat yourself up over the bag of cookies.....I ate a snickers last week and it took me 6 hrs to get my BS down. :) Wont do that again anytime soon, but it sure was heavenly.

I am a cyclist. I have biked 3200 miles this year. I passed my stress test but failed my eco. I am going in for a cath to see if I have any blockage. My doc thinks I have one and I may get a stent. I see that you had a stent. Has it effect your workouts?
