Hard day today. Nothing seem to be going to well. Filled out my paper for for last wishes. Not much to say. Always think when I go to bed will I wake up when it's time. Will I ever know the differwnce.

So tired of feeling sick. Tired of having high blood sugars. Would like to live a normal like. Haven't had a decent pay check for 3 months. Bills all over the place.. just want to throw in the towel and be done. Would it be hard. Just plain tired
