Well I received an email about updating my profile and I starting looking around the site and I like what I see . I also saw the messages left for me when I joined this site and I am sorry to say I missed them. I have made up my mind to lose weight in hopes of improving my health.Not only with diabetes,but other health issues.I want to thank everyone were kind enough to welcome me.

Well I received an email about updating my profile and I starting looking around the site and I like what I see . I also saw the messages left for me when I joined this site and I am sorry to say I missed them.
