Hi Dana , from across the ocean :) Are you willing to play the Big Blue Test from present till November 14 , World Diabetes Day. Only 6 more days to go - we can do this!!
We have people participating with injuries, people who can only do 5 minutes of exercise due to their health, and people doing heavy, strenuous exercise. This year there is no set time that you have to exercise to log your results.
Did you know - you don't have to have diabetes to participate! Please encourage your families, friends, co-workers, etc. to log their exercise. No fingerstick needed.
Where else can you donate $5 to needy D organizations without taking a penny out of pocket?

I really want to see it happen. Let's get there soon!

Thanks for your participation ;)
here a bit more information ,if you don't know what the Big BLue Test is...: If 20,000 tests are logged before November 14th, $100,000 will be donated to diabetes-related nonprofits. Last number I noticed is 12951 .I hope I made it clear !

Hi dana- Welcome to TuD. I think you made an error on your Dx date. It must be Sept. 2, 2011 ( not 2012). We are glad you joined the community.

Welcome to the family!! On this forum you will learn so much. Most of all you will learn that you are not alone. Everyone here is supportive and will provide answers to your questions. Search the site for answers. Read the discussions and blogs for information. There are videos to help you understand diabetes and its treatment. Most of all there is family to talk to and even to vent to, if needed. Welcome home.
