My friend's father is pre-diabetic and I have a few friends that are diabetic. Learning to understand diabetes has been an important factor in my life because of these people. I recently got my friend's father some wide width work boots that are diabetic friendly and Medicare approved since I work in the healthy industry.

Being a diabetic just means you have to be that much more diligent in your day to day life and being around diabetics has taught me that diligence.
