Andy replied to GracieSF's discussion 'Dexcom G4 receiver case: a new option' in the group Dexcom Users
"I've never had a problem cleaning them off afterwards. Tape will stick significantly better than a screen protector I would think. Most of those tend to bubble and peel much sooner."

Andy replied to Bob's discussion 'Changing sensor sites without restarting G4' in the group Dexcom Users
"Right, but then on day 10 for example, you could put in a new sensor without restarting the 7 day cycle. It may not be successful though, kind of hit or miss whether it's worth it."

Andy commented on Rob's group 'Dexcom Users'
"I was looking up dimensions of the G4, and found that the Zune HD mp3 player case was similar. It just came in the mail today so I thought I'd upload a few pics. It's just a little bit tall though, but would make a decent armband case."

Andy replied to Bathyscaph's discussion 'Dexcom G4 and Surfing' in the group Dexcom Users
"For windsurfing I found it too unreliable in the water. Numbers were all over the place, and it was a pain to keep track of it. It just worth the risk of loosing it when it's not even functioning well. I just come in every 30-60 minutes and…"

Andy replied to Kristen's discussion 'Seven Plus Data Cable/Plug question' in the group Dexcom Users
"I think there may be some confusion about the cables. There are two cables I am aware of - one is a wall plug and a Dexcom plug which obviously will charge the unit, the other is a USB plug and a Dexcom plug, which is what is needed to transfer…"

Andy replied to Kristen's discussion 'Seven Plus Data Cable/Plug question' in the group Dexcom Users
"My Dexcom always says it's out of range when using the USB plug in a computer, but maybe putting it on an adapter would change that. In theory, a USB cable might offer less power than a direct wall plug, so maybe that's the complication.…"
