great news from the diabetic clinic today

went to my 1st diabetic clinic appointment, and everyone was delighted that i had done so well, i lost over a stone, my blood pressure is normal, my urine sample was good also, iam eating healthy and doing exercise, the one thing the diettision said was make sure i don't get carried away with eating to much fruit as they have sugar in it also, i no its good sugar but to much of it is bad,
in kinda good form

hey everyone doing ok, my sugar levels are good within the 10 weeks of having type 2 diabetes, my sugar levels were always between 6-7%. i had a white roll yesterday and my sugar levels when up to 9,it is a bit disappointing for me but in next day or two i get it back to normal for me which is 6-7%. wel it was the bf who made me a white roll. it looked down. to good to put but down. mmm. he no's now to get me brown rolls instead of white, may stay on track now as have to take bloods next…

went to a communion yesterday, it was a big deal for me, been around al fatty sugary food. i eat kinda ok with a little slice of cake,drank vodka and tonic water. was panicing this morning when i got up and toke my bloods and they were normal.happy days,

went to the doctors for my first checkup after 5 weeks been diagnose with type 2 diabetes. my doc was over the moon with my progress as my monitoring diary is very good,and i lost 10 lbs and blood pressure is back to normal.she was saying i wish all my patience was good like you.

it's imho the least painful lancing device. make sure you use the sides of your fingers, not the center "pad". I test 10 times a day, and it never hurts.
