What is LDN? I hate to sound stupid, but have no idea what that means. Am new to texting and shortened versions of words.

I don't have diabetes but it is very prevalent in my family. I currently have metabolic issues but everything seems much better now that I am at the final dose of low dose naltrexone. If diabetes is thought to be autoimmune, then this drug is doing something for me there because it has already impacted the fibromyalgia (autoimmune). I had wanted my Dad, the diabetic to go on this drug as he was battling cancer but he declined and that's just my 2 cents worth.
