It is good to meet you. There are alot of terrific people representing all ages and experience on this site. If you have any questions, just ask. There is usually someone here who has experience to assist you. Please share your experiences with someone looking for answers, and make friends. BTW, how'd you make out in the hurricane? Your neighbors? I have 3 brothers in the clear lake/deer park area. Not problems with any of them except one brother lost shingles from a storage building.
