cider vinegar

ive just started this cider vinegar to see how well the claims are. im gonna take it twice a day for a month i guess you can do uo to three times a day. but ill start with the two. i had one dose last night and one this morn this is my first full day on it. ill keep an eye on my numbers and keep you posted.
