Diabetic and Coeliac

Thank you! My son was recently diagnosed with both. We've found very few people or info on both. I had no idea there was a group on here! :)

Each time, it's lower than I want it to be... So, I keep testing. our first halloween with our two new friends... diabetes and celiac

I couldn't get out of bed yesterday. I don't remember being so depressed before. I just felt like I couldn't move. I hated my life. I finally got up around 3 in the afternoon. We assured him that we'd had plenty of fun. We go all the time, we didn't need to stay all night. Still, he's 10. He knows we left because of him… Continue

we went to a minimed class to learn more about pumps. Cam got a little bored and really wanted to try the infusion set and make sure it wouldn't hurt. He wouldn't even let the lady help, wanted to do it on his own. He's so excited to have it in an...

Welcome to TuDiabetes, Emily. You might check out our group for Type 3s (loved ones of diabetics) or Parents of Type 1s. I've had Type 1 since childhood and will turn 30 in a week or so. :) I see that your loved one is newly diagnosed. Please let me know if I can answer any questions for you - especially about our community.
