Take a peek at some the groups when you get a chance. Just go to the top of your page, and click on "Groups". Once in, you can either peruse the wide array of available groups....or simply type a specific interest in the space provided. Take in some of the blogs/discussions as well.

At 1:25pm on January 30, 2011, Trev said…: The only immediate effect is that the more insulin you take the more fat is stored, and the higher your triglyceride(Bad fats)raise, especially when taken to cover starchy foods. But I say we are human and it is better to manage a treat with extra insulin then to do without.
