Has anyone else used quick sticks to raise their blood sugar? Have they stopped making this product? It made it easy when my daughter had a low but now we can't seem to find them anywhere.See More

Dexcom Users

For users of a Dexcom Continuous Glucose Monitoring ("CGM") deviceJust as a reminder with the recent release of the new Dexcom G4 to the US market--it is NOT okay to post about previous models or older sensors as being 'for sale' on this site.It is a violation of the Terms of Use because it is a prescription device, and any such efforts will unfortunately be removed. We encourage you to donate supplies to non-profits such as the Charles Ray III Diabetes Association (…See More

New pods are worth the wait.

My podder has used the new system for couple of weeks after using the older system for a several years. We were excited about the smaller size, but the lighter weight has turned out to be more important to her. While there is a lot more confirming of all the input it is also nice to be able to give commands from farther away.See More

Hi there. No typically Caleb wears them for three days. Occasionally we see a rise to numbers on day three and then we change it. But lots of time it goes the three days plus the extra 8 hour grace period. Have you seen Caleb's vids with OmniPod?
