Hi. No I don't have any other tattoos (I see you already made it to the Inked Group).
The design is a purple iris which i got after working a long time to dump a bunch of emotional baggage from my past.
I had an Asian friend who taught martial arts and was a professional florist. He said the iris is considered to be the flower of the spiritual warrior, because its leaves are shaped like a sword blade.
It is 20 years old and the colors are still pretty good. It's not quite as crisp looking, but I still love it.

I'm in my seventh year as a high school teacher. I taught little ones for a time in a children's choir, and I love them, but I really connect with the high schoolers. They have so much spirit!
