"I did MdS back in 2004 - about 6 months before I became Type 1. This is truely an amazing event and one of the most difficult that you can undertake. Finding the balance between amount of food, weight and speed is hard enough, managing your diabetes…"

"Back from a tough session in the gym. Dans Bs was 9 when we started, he does'nt tend to reduce his basal rate while working out. he had a carb snack before we left for the gym and his Bs was 3.9 when we finished. At the moment we are trialing…"
