Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

I wear an omnipod and have done martial arts for years, with very few issues. Stand up fighting is no problem, but I really want to start grappling and figure out where I could put the pod where it won't get ripped off, or what kind of covering to put over it. Any ideas?See More

"Doable - I know several of us have done Ironman events where we're off the pump during the swim (1 - 2 hrs) - still here to write about it. Others do Lantus/Levemir for basal and then use pump/pod/pen for bolus. How are you training currently…"

Adventure races

Has anybody run a Tough Mudder or Super Spartan? I've done a couple of Spartan Sprints and other 5k obstacle races, but a little apprehensive about the 10+ mile races and trying to keep my bg in check. My wife is convinced I will die, but I know there must be a way. Any suggestions?See More
