Have you ever wondered why a doctor would place so much faith, and so insistently suggest a CGM, especially sine they are fraught with such unreliability?? I have a High Deductible Health Plan,…Continue

Constant reliability problems

Now that I have that new battery cap, started with another new sensor and it ran fine for a few hours, calibrating sucessfully. In the past half hour though, I got "weak signal" , for 30 mins; then…Continue

Straight Sensors

Just got off the help line and was told something I have never heard before. Tha lady told me that when I remove a sensor, it should be straight. Any appreciable bend will upset the readings...Really??I cannot recall EVER seeing one of these things come out dead straight, they are always bent; some more than others, even the one that the Medtronics Rep inserted for me. I try to make sure that I insert them at approx 45 to 60 degrees or so. My abdomen gives me the worst results.Has anyone else…See More
