"Naomi, try holding the needle in for a count of 10 and see if that helps. I know that I used to leak back out until I tryed letting it absorb a bit more before I remove the needle. Hope that helps!"

"I split my dose between morning and evening so I'm always about 12 hours between shots. My endo approves this and makes sure I have syringes for 2 shots daily. It's just a matter of convincing doctors that we know what we need... :)"

"That's the primary reason I use a vial and syringe for Lantus and a pen for Humalog... can't make a mistake of mixing those two up!"

"The problem is, most companies don't want you to have too much control or knowledge as they want you to pay the doctor for all that... in the early days it was very hard to get software for our meters too... :("

Hello there. Talk about anger at myself I spilled Cruystal Light Lemonade on an antique table. Thank God for paper towels. I will polish it later this morning with beeswax. You never know what spikes the BG. A cold sweets lemon bar just be careful what you snack onbefore bed. Pasta rolls do me in..it is a constabnt struggle. BG 110. Foot doctor today. I wish I could get to the pool but it is too hot i would roast. Cooler today 90. Take good care. I care. Reed

Good Morning >Been busy calling my friends in NY Maine and MA..I guess Irene did quite a job on them trees down flooded streets flooded basements power out. All we got was excessive heat 105 and humid. My BG 112 and I slept like a log so I am a happy camer. How are you doing? I know about depression. I fight it all the time. I hate Florida. I want to go back to MA bit I would take a licking selling my house. Take good care of yourself. I care. Reed

Hi there. How are you doing . I just back from grocery shopping. Irene did not pay us a visit but the surf is very high. They closed the beaches. Irene did leave one thing...the hottest day of the year and wicked humidity. Having lunch at CAPS ON THE WATER right on the water. BG 119 I will take it. HOPE YOU ARE DOING WELL AND IN GOOD CONTROL. Good Morning to you. I am up with the birds. I was sleeping well when BAM heavy rain and wind hit my windows. I could noy go back to sleep I tossed I turned and at 4AM I got up and did the birthdays. Tested BG96 and wrote a few friends. Hurricane Irene is not sipposed to bother us but we will get heavy surf and beach erosion. How are things with you? Your readings good? I hope so.
