You have secondary diabetes due to high circulating cortisol.With adrenalectomy I hope it will disaapear as it did after removal of adenoma. You will be fine,take care
Cortisol mobilize glucose from liver & muscles,so in cushing syndrome the blood glucose will rise,but why your cushing is back,after surgery? what is next step your endocrinologist considering.
