Hi Kelly,
I couldn't agree with you more in your reponse to Dino's Blog "I'm putting down the gloves". I've had D for 48 years. You have to love yourself first and that means taking care of yourself. Like most it's taken me years to learn this. I wish you the best.

Well, you only live once, right? It would be a shame not to enjoy a cupcake or three.

Hope you have a wonderful Monday, Kelly K!

Kelly K! Thank you so much for the support on my blog (Party)... How did you know my favorite party treats were cupcakes?

Hope your Type 1 Diabetes has been treating you well of late.

I have a MiniMed pump -- curious about the OmniPod but don't use one at this time.

Hi Kelly, What a touching letter to your parents. It brought tears to my eyes. I was sitting her with my eight year old D daughter while reading it and felt everything that you wrote about. I could never imagine what your parents went through. I am so thankful that there are such better "tools" for us to utilize. Thank God for pumps!! I just wanted to let you know that I was touched by your letter. It was very nicely stated.
take care

the ping is not available up here yet, I have met with the minimed people so far. right now they are leading the way in customer service as the other three have been either "here's your package in the mail" or "sorry my computer is having issues?" A big thing for me will be the respose and customer service time. That's a comfort thing for me, quick and available support.
