- Kim - You are doing great and very lucky that you were given the information of being pre diabetic. You can actually prolong it for years with diet and exercise.

- What do you consider at pre diabetic. According the the rules, a fasting glucose of over 125 and two days in a row is diabetic. You must be between 80 and 120 more towards the 120. Good luck in not getting it. Just Diet and Exercise.
