- I'm sorry that you have to struggle with that. It's hard living with something that you can't control. I really think that this site is going to be so beneficial to me. The only people I know that are diabetics are 60 + and they don't care what they eat, monitor it or anything, so they haven't been much help. Thank you for taking time to help me out.

- Oh my goodness - the pancreas is just wild! You are very clever. (I freak if I don't have a pattern to follow.)
I'd really like to have a chat about knitting at some point and see other things you've done. I am partial to lace knitting, felting, Aran sweaters and Latvian mittens.
I usually have about 5 projects going at once. I have carpal tunnel and if I do short spans and then switch to a different size needle I can knit for a long time.
