Hi there, welcome to Tudiabetes! There are plenty of friendly people here, and I really enjoy using this site! :) I'm a Type 2 diabetic, and I take Metformin. How are you coping with your pre-diabetes?

Welcome to the TuDiabetes family, KK!

Here are a few tips on how to make the most of the site. I invite you check out the different groups we have: there's an excellent chance you will find more than a few that you can identify with.

If you find the community useful, please:
-Link to us on your blog/site (if you have one).
-Invite family, friends, colleagues and anyone whom you feel may benefit from it.
-Consider making a donation by clicking on the "Donate" button on the right side of the page, to support the work we do.

Also, if you know of any local newspapers, TV or radio stations that you feel could be interested in writing about our community, please let them know about our recent Press Release, announcing the community: http://www.prweb.com/releases/2007/8/prweb546849.htm

Last, if you run into Spanish-only speaking folks, please let them know about EsTuDiabetes.com, our sister Spanish-speaking community.
