I'm a big podcast fan. I listen to 3 or 4 weekly. My suggestion is this: You need to make it about the listeners, not yourself. If you just want to vent, you may not find a big audience. People will want to seek answers to frustrations. Maybe you...

Day is going much better

I had a bad night last night and overate right before bed. Woke up 2 hours late with a fasting 323 mg/dL. Two hours later, had 286, then took my Byetta, Metformin, and a Slimfast Optima. Exercised for ~20 minutes, and my sugar was 85!

W00t!

Starting the Byetta pen....WOW!

I've finally gotten over an intense fear of needles (with the help of a great counselor), and I took my first injection of Byetta today without panic or wincing. Autocover needles helped too!

After taking my first shot, I proceded to eat a Swanson fish TV dinner (the 89 cent jobs). Bad choice I know, but the veggies in them are pretty good. I ate the whole thing, but it took me over 15 minutes due to the way the meds were making me feel! Before, I could eat 2 of those things in 5 minutes, so th… Continue

Something else too, I spoke with the guys over at ExpoTV (http://www.expotv.com) and they have said that glucose meters are allowable to be reviewed there since you can buy them without a prescription, plus they PAY for reviews, favorable or not! If anyone want to give their opinion and give a few bucks, check them out, too.

I'm just full of plugs today!

WOA!! That rocks, man!! It would be cool to do one episode where we can chat over Skype: I am open to that too, if you want.

Check out the Video Podcasts we've posted for the past five weeks (click on "Video" above and search for "podcast" as a tag).

Welcome to the TuDiabetes family, Kris! It's a pleasure to have you as a member.

I just found listened to the most recent episode of the podcast: it's GREAT, man! I would love to chat with you at your leisure, so we can explore what we can do together. I will be adding a link to the Talkshoe page on the home page.
