Hello Lucky Dexcom Users!!

Dilemma!!

Hi Everyone!

Hope ye are all keeping well!I am just out of hospital where I was in the emergency room for dka.My diabetes is out of control...I have hypos and hypers and after prolonged period of high glucose my body becomes symptomatic of hypos at normal glucose levels.As soon as I hit 180 or below I feel light headed intense hunger and feel like I am hypo.I have been sitting this feeling out and its pretty crappy as I am limited as to what I can do when I feel like this.I am in college at… Continue

I can't deal with my diabetes anymore...that's how I have been feeling for the past while.Unfortunaltly I have no choice I HAVE to deal with diabetes...hypos.hypers..and everything else in between!I am currently studying physiotherapy and its a very tough course...even tougher when you are feeling unwell and have fallen behind!My diabetes is so out of control if i'm not hyper I am hypo,I feel hungry at normal blood sugar levels so I overeat then I go hyper...my blood glucose takes ages to come… Continue

I must admitt I have beencareless with my diabetic care in the past and have had hba1cs of 12%.Now my hba1c is at 7% but I feel terrible.I have no energy and I am so hungry all the time regardless of how much I eat.I can't concentrate when I feel like this.I realise my body has to adjust to normal blood sugars but it has been almost iver a year with good control.If anyone has experienced this or has any advice please let me know.This is really really bothering me as I am questioning whether I… Continue
