I recently started to go to the gym doing cardio and lifting weights. How come when I test my b/s it is up about 170.. I thought when you go to the gym it is suppose to go down. Any thoughts on this?
Thanks,
Larry

Hi Everyone,
I have found a website that you can print out a new wallet card with all your medical info. and contacts. Go To www.medids.com click on the wallet card on top of the page and print. Or you can personalize your card too. I just wanted to say this information with all my friends here at tu diabetes.
Have a good day!!!
