Sei como eh essa fase. Mesmo estando num momento muito melhor de gerenciamento da diabetes ainda tenho dessas fases de vez em quando. Mantenha-se firme! Tudo eh uma questao de persistencia. Eu sou brasileira, mas estou morando na California em Berkeley.
