We Found Our Way Back!

Ok we had a great few days away from it all now it's time to get back to it. Don't look for me to post new pics though, All the pics were taken with a flash camera. Dang it! It was just really pretty to me up there we just got there too late to see the fall colors. I LOVE the fall! ONE MORE TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok folks it is now November 2009! I'm back yet again! Guess what! I'm gonna be a grandma again in January! A little boy this time! 1st one in 3 generations on my side here! Me and my hubby are getting ready to take a much needed vacation to the Smokies tomorrow after I get out of yet another Dr's app. We'll be gone for a few days but if this computer and my car holds up we'll be here in about 2 days!

Time to update again!!

Ok I've had alot on my plate here latley with my hubby and his bleeding ulcers! Me and my oldest had him diagnosed with colon cancer! Long story there but any way I have a 4 month old granddaughter and a 22 month old one now! I'm waiting on my slowpoke daughter to get me some pictures to put up of them! Grandma pride here!!!! Their so cute!!! I get to babyset them again tonight b/c it's mom and dad's anniversery today. I love doing that the only problem here is Savanna just got her shots for 4 m… Continue

I'M BACK!!!!!!!!

Hey guys!!!!!! Finally got a new computer and got my future son-in-law to set it up!!!!!!! GOODY!!!!! I've been gone since right after Christmas and oh boy at the stuff that's happened!!!!! I'M A GRANDMA AGAIN!!!!!! Savannah Nichole Benthal was born on April 21st at 7:57 A.M. weighing 9 pounds 8 oz and is already as big as a 3 month old!!!! Time to update!

I was reading my blog post and saw where it said my granddaughter was 9 months old! Well time for an update. She isnow 14 months old and my Type 1 daughter will present us with another granddaughter in April! Everything in the old post is pretty much going on still. As for me well I keep getting carpa tunnel sugery done 1st on my left wrist and as of last Thursday I got my right one done and blood sugars well let's say I've done better! HA! just got back and had 35 emails. The stress of running these meetings makes my bg go up up up. I was in the mid to high 200s all day. of course I'm continuously wondering if it's b/c I need to change my set.

My uncle have a Horse farm...and stables...He breeds and runs horses... Often he will invite us to the race track...and for the life of me couldn't understand how those betting goes. So what I do is choose the prettiest looking horse with the loveliest name...LOL I dont think I can ever win that way...LOL
I love horses...love ponies too. I find them beautiful majestic animals. I like riding them...specially on breezy afternoons... But nope...no racing for me either!

Oh I dread casinos...my husband and I are the same. Once I tried the slot machine in Vegas...I won a little bit...I think I have $20 worth of chips (the minimum)...I think I won 50...after that I don't want to play anymore! I tried the roulette thingy...where you place your bet on a number...nope, never won. Then the Black jack...nope...did not win. So...Im off limits to casino...Besides, Ill cry over a 2 dollar lost!

Yeah..the Colt lost. But its okay...I wasn't even expecting them to be there, LOL You should have placed a bet! Im never lucky with that...Have not even won a single raffle!
You're a bit early today...its 11:45 pm here. I usually go to sleep at midnight... (yep...like Cinderella! Ill turn into a mouse!)
