We Found Our Way Back!

Ok we had a great few days away from it all now it's time to get back to it. Don't look for me to post new pics though, All the pics were taken with a flash camera. Dang it! It was just really pretty to me up there we just got there too late to see the fall colors. I LOVE the fall! Back when my mom was here we always had the same argument, she loved the spring when everything was reborn and I loved the fall when (according to her) I liked to see everything die. Not too bad argument just kinda fa… Continue

I know, I took it in 1967, and I'm really just plain lucky not to have any more problems than I do! It's been kicking me in the butt the past 2 years, and I'd be in a real dark place if I didn't have my TuD!

I wasn't home much today, because I had to do some work at the quilt guild for the next meeting, and I see we have many new members to welcome.

Doris, I saw you left a comment for Manny about welcoming new members. Just click on Members in the top banner, and you will see all the members in Chronological order, with the newest members at the top. (i feel sure you used to do this before). then you can welcome each one individually. I like to see if I can find one thing I have in common, like if they live in one of the 23 places I've ever lived all over the U S of A, or mention it if their a1c is really good. You're right, it's so nice to get a warm welcome to TuDiabetes!

Hi Doris! The sun peeked out today, but didn't stay for long!

I was inside working anyway :)

I'm going fine, just busy because I have some deadlines coming up.

Are you grandkids there this weekend?

Hi Honey!
I am getting ready to go visit a dear friend, Bette. She is 82 yrs old and I use to be her caregiver, I have adopeted her as my family. She is a "Pistol" and makes me laugh. So, I just wanted to say hello and hope all is well for you. I am back peddeling this morning...I forgot my Levemir shot last night...I take one in the morning and one in the evening...so, good old humalog will be doing its job this morning with a little bit of a high BS...oh well, I survived. Have a good day and weekend.

Doris Ann, My greens were so good, but you know, add some bacon fat and ham hocks to a slow cooked dish, and what's not to like? Tell me how you did the pinto beans. and how did you bolus for them?

I've just got to tell you again how happy I am that you are back. You are so special.
