Paleo and crossfit seem to work for me.
The short yet intense workouts from crossfit accompanied with the low carb/GI diet via Paleo have seemed to keep my blood sugars in check (compared to my years as a competitive swimmer with no pump and long workouts where I would have to take several doses of Gatorade just to keep my sugar elevated).I have started a blog about my experiences if anyone is interested in reading it. www.diabetesblast.comSee More
