I have learned for me I have to eat then bolus. Too many lows by injecting and then trying to eat. I would rather be a bit high then too low. Glad that you are okay.

Geez...silly me. I don's even know the difference??! Can you tell me what the difference between body building and powerlifting? Sorry, naive there. Im just into simple aerobics cardio and dance workouts. A bit of cycling and running. But not ventured on powerlifting. :)
