A friend of mine who is diabetic told me he adds Apple Cider Vinegar to his daily regimen and that it lowers his blood sugar. Has anyone tried this or heard of this? It sounds like an area 51story to me. Hopefully someone hear can verify or debunk this wild claim.

got the results from my 24 hour urine sample. ugggggh! Too much uric acid. Anyone ever have this problem? I was told to go easy on oatmeal.Apparently, it is high in purines, which cause uric acid. I freaked the Uro out when I told him I am vegan. Uric acid is normally caused by meat.Just when I thought I was close to taming this wild horse called diabetes, it throws me left kick and stuns me. The journey continues. I hope all of you travelling the glucose highway are staying positive and having… Continue

Hey, thank you! ;) It's an insult someone gave me once... for believing in Universal Healthcare... And for receiving food stamps at a time in my life when things have been economically extremely challenging... I wear it with pride! :D
