how is the running?
Sunday I ran my second half marathon near Columbus. Used it as a training run and felt great. 1:58:41 was my chip time. My pre-run BG was 190 and post-run was 75. I sipped gatorade and water throughout the race and also reduces my pump basal to 30%. Only about 6 more weeks until Columbus Marathon. Is anyone else running in Columbus on Oct 21? Keep running. Keep sharing. CUEUPU.
