About Me
I'm a 41 year old divorced systems administrator living out here in flyover country. I don't have any children but I do live with four parrots.
I was recently diagnosed with diabetes. Right now I'm trying to control it with diet, exercise and oral meds (Janumet). I've been a vegan for a while now so that's complicating the diet situation a bit but it's working its way out.
