Could someone produce an 'Introduction To Jargon for the 'Home Page'? Two weeks here and new terms are popping up in so many postings! It's so frustrating. Please TuB Team do it. Thank You.Continue

Thanks to this site I am a different person to the one that whimpered on to this site.
I am so confident now with the state health workers (doctors & nurses!). I used to have a small comfort zone and outside that I needed one of my daughters to speak or translate for me. Now I have no limits. I know my rights because this site empowered me, and my friends here supported me. I demanded and got a copy of my rights to health treatment from the local hospital. It took an hour of…

Just a short while ago I thought my life was over!
I felt I had no one who understood what I was going through. So much anguish/worry.
In ten years I had no support for my unstable D2/T2diabetes! Never heard of an Endo, or any specialist of any kind!
Due to Necrosis the hospital here in Spain were talking about either pinning my left ankle rigid or removing my foot! Having been action man all my life, and with 66 years under my belt, and having had 2 heart attacks I was…

Trudy said… Hi Muleman. Didn't answer your comment on the Type 2 discussion because I'm Type 1, but nevermind. I've enjoyed talking to you here, grateful for TuD and TuD frineds -- like you. Cheers!

Chaplain ET said… Thanks, muleman! I have a great fondness for the Brits, having come down from Canada, to join the US Army, to go to Vietnam. I always felt it an obligation to repay the Brits for their sacrifice, during the world wars, even though I was a Canadian. You being a muleman, reminds me of the work of those stout animals during WW II in Burma, and India. Did you ever get there?
Hope you'll forgive me for being so late. Just finally found your message, after going through all my old files. Take care, my friend!

lotsofshots said… Good morning muleman. I just had a great time going through all your pictures. I love them! It is so pretty where you live. Looks like your family is so awesome. Is that your beautiful daughter? I like the mules and Casper, and all the Jeeps and the motorcyle, and the buggy rides look like fun. Love dogs, and you have some really pretty ones.
How are you doing? Have you had any improvement with you feet and legs? I am so glad that you are here. We all are getting to love seeing you around the place.
I see some military guys with red barets. I used to be an Airborne paratrooper in the US Army. It was fun to jump. Hope you have a nice weekend. See you around.

Doris D said… I really tend to come on ppls pages instead of in the groups and say anything to them. I know it's just me here! LOL! A bad habit I got to break. But anyway how are u today? Yes I feel very lucky I got such a family around me.
Doris D said… I thought we were already friends. I'll take ur friendship anytime! Thanks for the add!!!![]()
