i wake up at midnight for 15 years in order to beat "Dawn Phenomenon"

i got this formula years ago for the morning highs. i tried not to wake up and see what would happen, but then my morning blood sugar has increased to even 300-350 range.it is really hard to wake up at midnight especially if you are tired but i have no solution, otherwise.by the way i use insulatard, but passing through levemir would not mind in my opinion since they have simular efficiency time.generally if my blood sugar is okay at midnight, i inject 10 units of insulatard and in the morning…See More

Hey! Thanks for the add.
I try to do low carb. I think it's a smart idea. I just finished reading dr. Bernsteins book and really want to go that far but I love cereal too much. For now I have 2 servings of starch and 2 of fruit so that's 60 minimum for carbs. Sometimes I add some dairy on that to make it 80g per day. I eat very little because of dance and my goal is to keep my a1c under 5.5. Right now I'm 4.9 so if I can do that and still enjoy my cereal I will!!! Do you low carb?
