Joy and Sorrow
is it joy or sorrow when you taste the forbidden
or when the ones you love, trust and care
play hide and seek.

fresh fruits and veggies all awaiting
yet fudge brownies and cake are hiding somewhere
and your meds are almost due

pains and problems pils and pens
test and procedures doctor's
fiends and alike ask and offer
help is on the way.

trying to do what we must as others wonder
so do we so do we
when will it stop when will it end
is it joy or is it sorrow.

Odie, are you in Nashua? I have a great endo I can recommend at St. Joseph's Hospital in Nashua. I think they run a diabetes support group there.
