There is always something devastating to hear or read about in our daily lives, however I'm here to say that I just got married a few days ago. I'm on cloud nine still from the event that showered my heart with a lot of love that day. I put my aches and pains away for one day to concentrate on this beautiful occasion.

Forgetting those around me

Here I was, forgetting those around me. Gone to work, come home, and get ready for the next job. Work has always been in my blood, to provide. Exhausted from work and occasional high blood sugars, I would go take short nap, perhaps a long one.

This morning is the official day to start my makeover on myself physically and in life. To set goals and higher expectations and to be healthy. This makeover will cover about everything in life and not just one thing like weight loss. I feel that makeovers need to be done from the foundation of your life, so that all else falls into place.

I am introducing my 4 week makeover on the 1st of April. It will record my blood sugars, weight loss or gain, foods I eat, foods desire, home life, work life, goals to accomplish, and at the end of the 4 weeks....I will record the results and with a picture. I will repeat this step every 4 weeks, I will purchase an excercise program along the way.
